Car not stable, steering wandering

Well this is my situation now.
I was this low(see pic below) and the car did not wonder around at all but I decided to pull the control arms out and replace bushings, shocks, and run higher spring pads due to a bad vibration I developed. Once I did all of that, the car sat about half inch higher if not more and now when I drive it, it wonders around like crazy now but there is no vibration.(i havent done alignment yet but nothing should be loose).

for example, i'll get a lot of my suspension bolts set in place, with a few turns done on the nut/bolt. then i'll drive the car on ramps to torque everything down, another way is you can use a second floor jack to jack up the area you are tightening. I'm not sure this is very accurate however

FYI..... 2003 E-55 that wore rear tires on the inside... Creepy handling....
All rear suspension suspension arms were tight... No slop.
replaced the pair that are on top... 90 degrees to direction of travel.
Problem solved.
