smaller SC pulley + larger Crank pulley?

whats the highest pulley ratio that anyone is running?

i want to put 200mm crank pulley + 74 mm FSP
SC will run about 58% faster than stock with this combo i believe

how risky is this?

and what heat management would I need to keep this under control?
upgraded h/e & higher flow ic pump of course,
will killer chiller be enough to keep IATs in check or will i need meth?
for street use, not track ...will need to be able to do several back-to-back long pulls
