Hey whats up fellas. Anyone using the torque app have issues with reading boost pressure. At idle it reads -26 and when i do a 3rd gear pull it only reads -5!! WTH! IT seems to pull good i assume. I just got my car. 05 e55 stock. Is it possible supercharger clutch is not engaging or torque app is not set up right. IAT was 85 deg.
Not sure if the plug-in to the app has anything to do with it or not, but I'm seeing something like 19 psi max when I'm putting my foot into the CDI... Torque Pro and a cheap ELM27 blutooth adapter.
I know, not an AMG but I'm just pointing out that the app seems to work well.
Your butt dyno would tell you if the supercharger wasn't engaging, wouldn't it? Is it possible your boost pressure sensor has issues?
What unit is the app set up to display? kPA? Bars? PSI? A screenshot might be worth posting up.
KillaAmgE55: what did you change to get torque to reading proper boost and air fuel ratio? I just ordered a very nice wifi obd2 reader and have a nexus 7 2013 32gb tablet which I have torque pro installed but waiting on the nice obd2 wifi adapter to come any day. I also have DashCmd app on my iPhone as well that I plan on trying out and comapring the two.
Go to torque main page, edit your vehicle settings or create a profile with info
Similar to the suggestion on FB thread change your atmospheric boost setting. It should be 0 unless at an extremely high or low elevation.
I am in Charlotte NC 751' above sea level and myboostg is normal for my mods and I have it set to 0
185CP/LTH/Meth PreSC+PostIC = 14-14.5psi in 3rd-4th
Check Settings and try again please
See the red tick mark that indicates max reading achieved 6500rpms / 14-14.5psi/Max IAT 120*F
