This is the one I picked up. Same one the shop here uses. Works great for them. C4 is the newest model and works faster, but c3 should get the job done just fine.

If you already have a laptop, there are Vms floating around with the software on them. Then you just need a usb->RS232 converter and a gender changer. That'll save you around $200
