Can you buy dealership level scanners/programmers?
Hi,
I'm looking to buy a Mercedes Xentry system (still confused if that's the only diagnostic and official system or if there's others).
I know some can do basic scanning, while others can do an even higher level of scanning.
Dealership ones can do scanning, adaptation, coding and programming as well as receive updates.
Is there one we can buy that can do those things?

best option is a STAR Xentry system that will allow you to go pretty deep with diagnostics and you can code modules....I have one and its great...cost about $550 on the bay....worth every penny...

^^^This is the factory tool and they make clones available for cheap compared to the original cost which is not available to the consumer market
