Vibration between 1800-2200RPM
I've been getting some vibration from 1800-2200 RPM. Originally I was thinking it was a bad flex disc, but my shop is saying that it's the pulleys. I've replaced all the pulleys with a Shardul set and have a bwk. Could it be the s/c bearing?

How many miles are on the aftermarket pulleys? My BWK chewed up bearings every 5k miles so I tossed it.

How old are your plugs? I have a similar condition in my 06 with 98K miles. I'm blaming mine on old spark plugs(all original as far as records show) it seems to disappear once the engines up to temp. My temporary solution was to just let the car warm up a few extra minutes.

I just got mine in a month ago....
I have no cats so my idle feels like it's a muscle car, rev up to around 2k and the whole car shakes then rev up higher and the shake goes away. I wonder if it's like.... some sort of constructive interference at that range

I have a shake when the engine is under load and light throttle - eg crusing and giving it a tiny bit of throttle and the engine 'load shakes' like I'd expect out of a 1.3L. I do have an exhaust leak in my kleemann down pipe so assumed it was that, but now I wonder if its the BWK. Are problems people are experiencing with it due to improper install?

Car is still at the shop as they're fixing some other things as well. They're replacing engine and transmission mounts, and Double idler pulley. I've always had some vibration from 1500-2000rpm, and I only have about 2k miles on the pulleys so it's hard to believe thats the problem, but we'll see. I'm thinking it might be the S/C pulley/bearing.
I've did my valve cover gaskets a few months back and also did the spark plugs at the same time. So I don't think it's that. I should be picking it up tomorrow so we'll see.

I'm gonna have the same done lol
Replacing motor mounts, tranny mount is in good shape.
Getting mids installed and an x pipe. I also have a leak in my mid section.
I need to basically get all my pulleys replaced and the lower tensioner too...

FWIW, I get a noticeable vibration in my W211 E55 between 1600 and 2100 rpm. Seems to be related to partial throttle and light loads. Motor mounts, transmission mount, flex discs, driveshaft support bracket and bearing, pulleys and tensioners, spark plugs, all were replaced. I'm beginning to believe it is NVH due to stiffer motor and transmission mounts. If I'm wrong I guess I'll find out when something breaks!
My W210 E55 is smooth as silk compared to its younger sibling....

well got the car back this morning and its smooth as silk. Ended up replacing all the pulleys, motor, and transmission mounts. It's never been this smooth since I've owned it. I wonder if the main issue was the motor mounts. Pulleys only had 2k miles on them.

Take a look at this before you go buying a new double idler pulley.

that's the range where the motor is under the most load. I'm guessing the motor mounts were sagged and causing the exhaust to touch a heat shield. I am having the same issue in my SL55 and have replaced flex discs, motor mounts, tranny mount & it is still there. I think my exhaust is still barely touching a heat shield at time when under load as my e55 doesn't do this.
