Dynamic seats have no air HELPPP
They have power in them but the massage or dynamic mode won't work. This all happened after I installed a new alternator. I check the lines they fine but I don't hear the compressor turning on and I checked all the fuses they all bueno.

If you do not have a STAR/SDS system I would recommend getting one. If they worked before alt swap you may just need to get in there and clear faults and basically initialize the air pump.
There is also an ebay seller that refurbs them for $190 I think

Either spend the money on a proper diagnostic system or take it to the dealer or an indy. Once the basic checks have been performed (e.g. fuse) it's time to hook it up to the diagnostic system and run the self-test.
Alternator replaced but no amplifying info included. At least one person on this forum revealed that they shorted the battery lead to ground while unbolting the alternator. Did the OP have his key fob in the ignition while working on the car? Did the system voltage drop below 9 volts due to the bad alternator? That right there will put all numbers of fault codes into the system. Heck, just changing the battery will fill the system with fault codes (loss of comms, loss of power, etc.) Any number of possibilities here to include faulty rear SAM and/or air pump in front of the driver's side tail light.
Put it on a diagnostic system, then bring the codes here and we can assist.

There are many MB specific code readers out there that will read the code and let you clear them. They range from $50-$150, a full DAS/Xentry knock off system is more in the $400-$600 range.
