Hey Everyone...I finally got an E55!!
Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in a quite a few years since I sold my 06 C55 AMG but I just recently purchased an 06 E55 AMG! So I'm back lol. I will have to scan the forum for some of the question I have about the car before posting but I'm glad to be back. I'm also in need of a few things so I'll need to find where the FS posts are. Heres a quick pic of her and of course more to come soon!!

Thank you guys. This car is awesome! I've been on the look out for one for about 6 months and I was deciding between the E55 and an E63 but I'm very glad I went the 55 way. the wheels are awesome and are 19" Vossens. I would have loved if it had the Vossen CV3's but these will do just fine.

Thank you. Yes I will be doing a few mods. More aesthetics than anything but I will be doing some performance mods. My first mod I'm thinking about is some exhaust work. I want to lift the car up and see what I'm working with and then go from there. I want to swap everything to LEDs, tint the tails and side lights, swap out the filters and upgrade the cooling system for the SC.

Grats on the 211 amg pickup. Beastly sleeper. Wheels suit her too.
Let us know if we can help you out with any aftermarket lighting upgrades. Whiter. Front inner city lights and rear plates will really improve her aesthetics and give her a nice modern facelift.

Yeah ANZ that's some things I want to do for sure. If I remember right, is Höen the only LED company that makes tag lights for us that doesn't through codes? I also want to do some front light upgrades too. I have a set of white 9006 fog lights from Höen at the house so want to see if they fit.

We have canbus units that won't throw any codes. 36mm festoons for your rear plates, and 194 wedge for your front inner parking light and sidemarkers if you go with clears.

Yeah the Höen tag bulbs had these great big things on the back of them but they were super bright. Do you have a certain 194 in the front that are bright? I kinda want to switch out the HID bulbs to 10K bulbs and the side markers I'm planning on blacking out.

These are the front parking bulb:

CREE XBD chipset with heat shielding.
I'd recommend against 10,000k low beams. Reduced lumen at those temps and color will be purple.

Awesome. I was going to go with the 10K bulbs from Oracle Lighting since I usually get all my HIDs from them. The 10ks are a bit blue but I kinda like them. There 30Ks are purple and that's not for me! I think I'm going to get your tag lights & city lights cause I want something super bright and really crisp white. Do you or anyone here have an interior bulb list or kit?
