'03 W211 E55 driveshaft area rattle, only over 35mph

I have a 2003 E55 that just developed a rattling noise that comes on at any speed higher than 35mph. No rattle below that speed.

Video while car is on a lift:

Noise happens both while driving on the road or with the car not moving, on a lift, with wheels spinning in the air in D or R.

Noise still happens while driving in Neutral over 35mph.

Rattle seems to come from the driveshaft area in the middle area under the the car.

No loss of power or any unusual drive train issues that I can tell. Just the rattling noise.

Sounds as if something is physically hitting the metal heat shields somewhere above the exhaust pipes.

Any ideas on what might be causing this rattling noise?

Thank you.

Possible causes:
-the center support bearing and/or bracket rubber are going bad
-heat shield is loose
-debris is stuck behind one of the heat shields
