If anyone with a W211 E55 is about to get new brake pads...
Please email me. I need a set of used pads to strip the backing plates to apply race compound. I'll be happy to compensate for the cost of shipping and effort on my behalf.

Did you ever get those low-dust compound brake pads? I'm wondering, are the pads the same as the Brembo Gran Turismo 8-pot calipers... The calipers look very much alike..

I never ordered them because I thought Pagid would have a pad out by now. My next track event is coming up and I'm jonesin' for pad. The caliper is a low budget, heavy copy of their Gran Turismo caliper.
