Gone but not Forgotten 2006 E55 Renntech
$$$?

2006, 118k miles
silver, black leather, no pano, no distronic or parking sensors. Has heated, cooled and dynamic seats, keyless go, rear shade and all other standard equipment.

Extras
Has cf front lip, rear spoiler and rear diffuser.
Lowered via lowering links
Cf intake tubes and engine cover
Hardwired for a V1
Exhaust cut outs before back muffler, remote control so you can open and close as desired.
scatter shield for sc pulley
Renntech crank pulley, headers, throttle body, intake and ECU tune and steering wheel.

I am third owner and have owned it since 2012 and 50k miles.

I have a file with all maintenance records, car is fully up to date. I am meticulous with maintenance, has new gas tank, brakes, cps, shocks, intercooler pump, headers etc.etc.

What do y'all think? Is $18k too much?

Post pics.

I'd say $18k is on the high side.

It should be around 13-14K if you want it to sell quickly... if not, $15K tops

Appreciate the feedback guys, DJ I am afraid that you are probably right...its just so much car for $15k...hard to let go at that...and even more difficult to find a replacement...

Unfortunately the value has sank pretty hard :-[ I bought my car three months ago, and I started looking about 2 months before that. Over the past 5 months there has been a 2005 in Sacramento with 64K miles. It started at 22K and dipped down to 18K. It's still on Craigslist to this day, now he went back up to 19.5.

Any ways, point is you will probably have a hard time getting what you want for it. Sorry :-[
15 might even take a while.

I ended up buying a salvage title for 10K with 100,000 miles that I loveeee, in outstanding condition.

Anyways, good luck with the sale.

Insane how inexpensively you can pick up a very nice example of one of these cars lately. And to think people spend more than double that amount on nondescript grocery getters.

People that spend $40k on a grocery getter just want something that will get them from point A to point B reliably every day and have enough room for their stuff. The maintenance also scares a lot of people. Those people don't buy AMGs.

Mine isn't my daily driver. I've got an SUV that I drive the majority of the time and the E63 just stays in the garage. That SUV is a better day to day vehicle for me.

A weistec'd car just sold for $18k, I would say $14500-$15500 depending on verifiable maintenance records.

GLWS, lots of people looking, that's a real desirable list of mods/options IMHO
