E55 AMG
Considering this post was created in 2004 I would be amazed if the OP returned to answer your question.

Based on the description given by the OP, I think it is this product:

https://www.bgprod.com/catalog/brake.../#bg-product-7

Their website has a "find a shop" feature where you can put in your zipcode.

Supercharger fix

One other tech had mentioned a long term fix was going to be tested. They are going to experiment with having the clutch plates impregnated with teflon.

Please note the electromagnetic clutch on the supercharger has a very high clamp force. The graphite does NOT cause slippage of the supercharger. It simply acts as a buffer that prevents raw metal to metal squeal upon engagement.

I know that Mercedes does not have a problem with this fix.

It will not void your warranty.
I have a fix for you. I worked for MB go 13 years and we found if you take a shim out of the clutch chirp goes away a lot longer. You lift engine up just a little and then zip off but on front of pully. Then take apart theclutch and there will be like 3 to 4 shims. Usually 2 different sizes. Take one of the thinnest out and put back together if it still not perfect then repeat and take larger one out and reinstall thinner one.
