Guys quick question...

Am I right to assume with Programa the car should be set to stock ride height before an alignment? For those not familiar Program has a setting where the car goes half way up after a certain speed (mine is set to 15mph) then all the way back up to stock after another speed (mine is set to 29mph). Any thoughts?

BTW ride quality is excellent with Programa this is my second car with it (I drive a CLS55, first was an 04 E55).

Are you sure it's auto raising brother? I thought the Programa could only do that with ABC, not Airmatic. I'm thinking of the LCMR01. I ditched it for the LoMo M1. But maybe I wasn't smart enough to get it to work!

 

I thought so, there is a setting for it on the module. Maybe I'm wrong? Can anyone confirm?

 

No one has ever got an alignment with Programa, ELM or any other electronic lowering device? Guess I will just drop it off at Mercedes and see what they say.

set your alignment at the height you'll be driving around most. my Programa wasn't working at the time of my alignment so i got my alignment done then. after i resolved my airmatic issues my programa started working and i have it set at 1.3 lowering all around if i recall. tire wear isn't bad at all, and actually inner tire wear is much less than i would have expected. no doubt there is some inner tire wear, but it isn't so bad. i'd say 15-20% more wear

i would have liked to have my car aligned at the lowered programa setting.
