need headliner removal help

Is there a post for w210 headliner removal anywhere? My car has the dreaded headliner rattle and it's driving me nuts.
I found one with something about jamming foam up there but I would like to pull it down and fix whats rattling. I havn't been able to find any good info and I don't want to tear or crease anything just yanking on it.
Thanx

Find a reputable dynamat installer and throw some dynamat up in there. Thats what I had to do on my E320. Dealer fixed it and it kept coming back. Finally an employee suggested dynamat, and WOW that stuff works. The car is also very very quiet now.
