Plugging Brake Caliper Hoses

Plugging Brake Caliper Hoses
I am wanting to remove my brake calipers for paint by a professional auto body shop. For those of you who have done this what did you use to plug the brake hoses to keep them from leaking?

I usually just use a bolt. I also have a set of pliers made for clamping hoses that work well (similar to the ones linked below). I've only used them on fuel lines so though.
