Meth injection
Hi all
I have meth injection on my 221 and I use the windscreen washer res (space!)
As the res is heated by coolant, that means the meth mixture is warm when its sprayed into the engine. Obviously this wont give as effective cooling, but can anybody think of any other issues that may arise?
I may clamp the pipes that go to the windscreen washer res, as we don't see temperatures colder than 20f, and with 25% methanol the mixture shouldn't freeze anyway.

I'll be bypassing mine too when I do the install.

Thanks, I thought as much. I have the hoses to the res clamped closed for now. Will cut/join them at some point for a more permanent solution.
