My first service and some issues?
My 211AMG is in for it's first scheduled service at 10,248 miles. I am getting a new supercharger pulley and belt in an effort to cure the squeal. I am also fighting for new front tires since my Conti 2's are cupped badly. The tire thumping is painful upon decelleration from 30 to 10mph EVERY TIME! My dealer is refusing to replace the tires that still have 75% of their treadwear left....any thoughts??

Which dealer?
What history do you have at the dealer? Is this your first or fifth MB? That might give you some leverage. Also, I always bump up the chain of command the first time I hear the word no. Good luck.

This is my sixth Benz. $260,000 in 7 years and it will be my last if they challenge me over $500.00. Continental has agreed to pay half and Benz WILL pay the other half.

I agree, they are fighting the wrong battle. They should bend over backwards (forwards?) for you. You have the high ground, stand fim and best wishes.
