Its an e55 with 80k Miles atm. It has clean title but huge accident, owner tells me it was bumper (person he bought it from told him that) and then I find out it was in a huge wreck. He told me it was from a deer. I offered him $10000 is it worth it?

I bought a car once that looked perfect. It had a few minor fender benders that were not listed or detectable. But once you start removing the bumpers for various things, it was a bit of a mess. Broken clips, bolts missing, bent stuff, difficult to align etc. Even if it was "just" a deer, it will never be quite the same. Depends if you are ok with that. Some people are, I wish I was. Also assume it is 5x worse than what they tell you regardless of pictures.

Nah don't do it. Cars pop up that are stock, babied, owned by adults living in the suburbs who know how to take care of em.
Even if you pay $5k extra during purchase it might save you a good $10k over the first year alone.
Always go for the better one at the time of purchase with Mercedes, you might think it won't matter but somehow it finds a ****ing way to not just bite you in the *** but take off huge chunks off it too.
