im a British student living in Saudi Arabia and ive just finished secondary school, i currently own a mercedes w124 230e automatic transmission. and im thinking of buying another car if i start university in saudi. i found a nice looking mercedes w211 e240 manual transmission, im very eager to buy a stick shift. so can you pls tell me if the mercedes w211 is good for a student. because i hear most w211 problems are from the transmission, while this one is manual i think it would have no problems. also as a 240 it should be less complicated. also what do u think about a 220e w124 facelift with the white w140 4 cylinder engine? also stick shift.
