Thanks for the reply.
The Weistec unit is Whipple, not Magnuson.
The link above is to an aftermarket kit, not a factory product.

That web site appears to be a ford website and they offer cams, headers, and superchargers.
who makes the ford lightning SC? I’m not saying I know for a fact the lighting is a Whipple but magnason rebrands for factories and I’m pretty sure other manufacturers would have Whipple do the same. Euro companies seem to be the only ones who spend the $$ to design superchargers for their models but even then it probably outsourced to a euro company.
On a a side note, my younger brother is adding a magnason to his Holden Commadore and it should get close to 600rwhp, the factory SC that comes on the camero is pretty bad with heat soak and he said the Whipple might even be a better setup than both but he had already paid for the magnason and has a appointment setup for install and tune. His bill will be around what Weistec gets for the SC alone. $9000 for the works. He did already have the cam swapped and headers installed. Pretty nice car, it isn’t the cheesy chevy I remembered, the aussies did a nice job.

I have the Gen 2 and just bought the Gen 3. The Gen -2 IATs are very high but in week my Gen 3 upgrade will arrive. I'm looking for some big improvements on our M113k platforms with this.

As crazy as that sounds its closer to what most kits cost. My 4runner is $5600 and my Brother just bought a magnason kit for his Holden and it was $10k installed and tuned on a dyno. I understand there aren't as many of us to spread the cost but even the E55 guys have it better than the E63/M156 crowd.
