Octane and timing

Timing is power, we all know that. But as far as a baseline for these engines I am still learning. I normally run around 18-20* of timing and use a 50/50 mix of 100 and 93 octane. On 93 I used to run 16* timing.
Got a good deal on Torco 108 octane fuel and want to set up the tune for this. What can I use for timing numbers on the 108 and has anyone actually raced with higher octane. And by the way it is 10% ethanol as well.
IAT tops out at 115* at the end of the 1/2 mile while AFR gets a little richer, 11.2 11.0 with higher octane but that's OK.

Want to get the car dialed in for the next 1/2 mile event using the 108 fuel. Any input from real world experience .Thanks
