If your like me, then you will appreciate this. Recently, I did a complete brake job on my 07 E63. I sourced everything for under $1000 including the two-piece front rotors.
But instead of throwing away the entire front rotors, I removed the aluminum hat, from the friction rings. With the idea to having friction rings manufactured, if the cost was favorable.
I contacted Glenn Myers at Coleman Racing Products, about manufacturing some custom brake friction rings. I provided him with all the specs, see spec sheet.
So you can have custom slotted friction rings made for your E63 for under $800. Crossed Drilled under $850. Then you need to reach out to brembo for new attaching hardware, as the old is a one time only use for safety reasons.

That pricing is awesome. I had already searched the Wilwood catalog and Brembo trying to find the rotor and hardware. Will Coleman Racing be open to us contacting them for these?

Yes, but please use the attached spec sheet to figure out the dimensions of your rotors. They will need all of this information, it's crucial.
Also they prefer not to manufacture crossed drilled. Understand they manufacture racing equipment, and most racing cars come with slotted rotors.
The logic being that crossed drilled rotors lead to stress fractures that emanate from the holes. Which is a valid point.
They will try to push you towards slotted rotors. But will manufacture crossed drilled if requested.
