BC Racing ride height and fine tuning

I have been enjoying my E55 with BC coilovers installed for about a year now. I decided to fine tune the pre-load and ride height. What ride height are you guys running that doesn't rub but still has a mean stance? I am currently running about 25.5"-25.75" front and rear, can I go lower?

Also, The lower mounting bracket on the front coilovers has an adjustment screw/nut. Do those come from the factor pre-set or is there a specific length they need to be. I can't seem to find the original installation manual from BC.

Does anyone have an installation guide in PDF form they could send me?
Thanks benztech858@gmail.com

Side question - at your current spec 25.5"-25.75", how is your alignment & tire wear?

So far the tire wear has been great. I did install camber bolts in both front lower control arms.

How do you guys not scrape everywhere with coilovers?

I had trouble putting my car on a flatbed with it being slightly lowered in the front on airmatic...

How close to stock height can you get with the BC's?

I am not sure how close to stock but I can imagine pretty close.
Here is a picture of the adjustment I was talking about.
