Best spark plugs with mods?

Hello All,

I have a 2003 e55 with an 83mm pulley, ECU tune and shortly headers. I live in AZ. Which plugs are best? Someone recommended NGK LFR7AIX. Any input?

Thanks in advance, Mike

i am sure i will get flamed by this but my opinion the headers will help reduce back pressure and heat, the pulley increases them so its a wash from that perspective and standard plugs would be best choice - i see lots of posts stating to go one step colder blah blah - i don't see the need unless you are going extreme boost -- some others will jump in and straighten me out.
