Double Idler pulley
hey guys
As far as maintenance / repair for the double idler pulley goes can you just replace the bearing on the metal (8rib) portion of the pulley and buy a new plastic pulley (6rib)?
Also if there is no option to buy the plastic pulley piece (if it only comes in a 2 piece kit) can you just replace the bearing?

I used the Dayco 89130 to replace the plastic idler as in the thread. It actually contacted the metal idler just barley. I can't remember exactly it was mid last year some time but I'm pretty sure I just put a very small washer between them to get them to just barley clear each other. Got a few thousand miles on it with no issues.
