Some one post something about a snorkle mod? What the heck Snorkle mod?

Snorkle mods are usually seen on offroad cars where the intake/filter is relocated and a snorkle attatched for it to breath through so as not to suck in water/dirt. The intake for the snorkle is usually located at roof level.

Unless you were building an offroad G class, or there's another kind of snorkle mod I'm not aware of, it's a pretty useless application for a 210 or 211

I think he's talking about replacing the air inlet duct that has teh "kink" with one from the S class that is straight.

I don’t understand about using the S class tube. I tried one from my neighbor’s S and it had the same model number as the straight one from the E.
