Maximizer longtube headers right hand drive fitment

Heard a few passing comments of people with longtubes having issues with RHD fitment.. Try DPE in Australia they make em for e55 you might want to confirm they're true longtubes but I think they are. My mate got some from them for his c63 and they seemed nice.

I got PB5's modified for my RHD drive car.
Tips if you're going to do similar:
1) You'll need to cut and weld at least 3 runners to clear the steering coloumn.
2) Give yourself more room than you think to go around the steering column. It turns on an elliptical shape, not perfectly circular, so the amount of clearance you'll need can be deceptive.
3) Get the new East Coast Euro billet poly motor mounts, the ones that site about 1cm lower than standard OEM height. These give you much more room so you don't need to modify as drastically. These mounts just give more header clearance in general, not just for RHD cars.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I will get some of those poly mounts.
Also, do you have to extend the front O2 sensor harnesses? From what I have read on here I was under the impression you didn't have to modify them at all, but I was reading another post which said you have to extend the oil sensor harness and someone else said they won't reach? What's the method for connecting them?
