It will have cutouts for the AMG quad exhaust tips.
Might as well buy a pair of E55 mufflers while you're at it and have a shop cut out your old ones and weld the new backboxes in.

It will bolt on.
The exhaust will be a bit more involved than just swapping mufflers since the E320 has a single exhaust.
