Weistec ECU upgrade

Has anyone installed the Weistec ECU upgrade for the E63? I'm interested in feedback per horsepower gains, throttle response.

E63 and GL450, ML350 bluetec
I have a canned tune on my E63, and the transmission shift point/firmness as well as cold start is the thing I noticed. A true dyno tune would be the way to get the most of your rig. I have the eurocharged tune, headers, etc. Problem is the car lives up at 7000ft elevation and I never got anything from EC confirming my tune is different than anyone else's tune. The car is running rich, or at least I smell unburned fuel. I guess I could data log the car and see if they could change it to run a bit leaner at idle but I have not done so. I have no dyno near me but if I lived in a area that does them I would probably just have the car tuned properly.

Just my 2 cents.

Hey Smoke Em! I know i'm biased here, but all of our customers wind up loving our tunes. The main focus is the crisp throttle response and torque gains. It really turns these cars into a whole new animal!

Your car is idling in closed loop which means the tune doesnt matter because the car uses o2 sensors to adjust the fuel.
