I feel like this is a trick question. You could buy them over the internet? Or from the dealer?

I used to get wholesale price on stuff when I worked next door to the local MB dealership. My work moved so that doesn't happen anymore. It helped that their parts manager at the time was into a Harleys and a customer of ours.

Just the standard ones:
https://www.genuinemercedesparts.com/
https://www.oediscountparts.com/
One charges shipping, but pricing is a little lower. The other has free shipping, but prices are a little higher. Depending on price, one may be cheaper than the other.
