Are any other E55s out there getting a loud squeak when you press the brake pedal? This has nothing to do with the pads. It will squeak with the car parked and turned off. I know it comes from the SBC. I had someone press the pedal while I stood at the SBC and could clearly hear it. The noise transmits and sounds like its under the car at the passenger seat from inside the car.
I've poured through all the posts I could find about this but there doesn't seem to be a solution, and most of the posts on this issue are pretty old.
The brakes work and feel great, but this squeak is really a pain! Also it didn't do it for awhile, then started up again. Its generally on slow stopping.
My SBC is fairly new with 12K miles on it. I'm new to an E55 and am loving it, but man this Squeak!

That's great information, and sounds like what I'm experiencing. I took the car out yesterday and it did not make the squeak. I never get any fault code.
If it keeps happening I'll take it in for this fix.

Sometimes pushing pedal to floor and hold for a second, do that 20 times and it usually goes away for a while

 

Mine has this issue to, thanks for the guidance, going to give it a try.
