Evap error after removing 2ndary air

Evap error after removing 2ndary air
I removed 2ndary air because I needed the room in front bumper where the pump lives to install a heat exchanger.
I went ahead and removed the entire system, removing the two valves, blocking vacuum tree and supercharger openings, and blocking valve ports with VRP caps.
Finally, I turned off 2ndary air with DAS, turning option 178 for 2ndary air to AUS.
Here is the odd side effect:
2ndary air is showing ready within the third engine restart of the engine, despite all of its components are gone, subsequently all systems are becoming ready one after another, except EVAP! it eventually run its test, and throws code P0455, with flashing orange gas gauge, and red dash error to check gas cap (of course gas cap is okay)
What am i missing???

You might check that the hose coming from the valve cover to the supercharger on the driver's side hasn't come off. It's not super easy to see with the surge tank still installed, but removing the surge tank is easy.

That’s the first thing I checked, although my previous experience with that hose is it causes p0505 vacuum leak and rough idle when off
it it was a wierd coincidence for it to happen at the exact time when removing air pump that’s why I am wondering if related
I ordered a new gas cap today, will treat it as a stand alone evap issue and see what happens
granted if the two are related, or had any experience, please chime in
