Wheel offset question if wheels would touch

Couple of notes. Exact Tire width can vary between manufacturers, despite having same numbers stamped on tire sidewall. It wont vary by inches, but by millimeters, yes.
However, to answer your question: Yes. 32 offset with that tire size is what I technically run. Wheels are 35offset, but I run 3mm spacers so that the center cap on my brand of wheels can actually snap into place. If I dont have the spacers, the axles grease cap pokes through too far and prevents the center cap from snapping on
