is there an easy way to take those clips off or can someone recommend an inexpensive tool to remove them ? guessing you can get aftermarket replacements if they break

I am referring to the two plastic clips which hold the actual y-pipe to the throttle body. They frequently break from being manhandled, as mine did. The only solution when both clips break I know of is to use a silicone coupler.
