Brake rotors

I just wonder if it’s posible to replace the solid rear brake rotor with a ventilated one. This is ON 2006 Mercedes Benz E350

Why? You probably won't notice any performance gains from doing that.

No, the rear brake calipers are only wide enough to fit the stock rotor and pads. Going to the ventilated rear rotor increases the overall width, so it will not fit with stock pads.
You'll have to retrofit a rear caliper from a E550 that has ventilated rear rotors. Now if the ventilated rotor and the non-ventilated rotor has the same width, then yes. I hope this makes sense to you.
