Just started a couple weeks ago. Once even a bit warm (after mile or two) , noise disappears completely. Everything appears functional/fine. The belts (continental), water pump, tensioner all replaced ~5k ago with FCP parts. Is there a way to adjust/increase tension on the belts?

Could just be a weird issue with the belt. Get a new Gates belt for it and see if it’s better. Won’t lose much $ if it doesn’t stop it. Plus you’ll have an extra of one breaks.
Take the SC belt off and sit overnight. Cold start and see if noise is gone ,,, narrow down potential cause
