semi met or ceramic pads on 2010 GLK350
The wife is complaining about the noise the brakes make - but pads and rotors are good, lots of material left. Suggestions to eliminate the noise semi met or ceramics? Was going to by Raybestos or Hella-Pagid?

Most likely install related. First question: did you apply a good quality anti-squeal paste to the backs of the pads AND to every surface where the brake hardware touches the caliper/caliper bracket? Is all of the hardware in good condition, or did you re-use old clips/springs, etc that should have been replaced due to wear tolerances?
