07 E63 Wagon, Semi Active??

Hey folks. Haven’t posted in a bit. Have an 07 E63 Wagon, absolutely love it, murdered out. Still rolling on the factory suspension and just this week the left rear bag went. I was checking quite a few sites for the best possible price for a rear pair of Arnotts. Looks like eBay is probably my best bet when it comes to price. Although after searching I got hung up on one thing, semi active or not? How do I know? I’m pretty certain from Arnott it’s the A2725 as fcpeuro shows this as the only version on their site for my ride. Found same ones on eBay new with free ship for $332ea. I don’t want a coil over conversion, I like the factory setup.

I'd spend extra and go with FCP just because of their lifetime warranty on parts.

Just an FYI, I do not think Arnott offers its lifetime warranty if bought from an outside reseller. Obviously that is not an issue with FCP Euro, but could be with other resellers (e.g. eBay).

I suggest purchasing via FCP or directly through Arnott for warranty purposes, it's not if but when bags go. I will echo the instructions and say replace both bags to avoid your wagon being lower/higher one side to the other.

To comment on the coil conversion on a wagon, it can be done...but not easily. Your issue will be with the rear shocks, front should convert just fine but you'll have the rear is another story. There are success stories but not much RDTE support
