Hey guys, I used to own an E55 bought new. I sold it around a year ago, but recently have realized the car holds a lot of sentimental value to me and was wondering if anyone could help me find it. I have the VIN, and I have a carfax, but that's about it. It has a special Designo graphite exterior/interior combo and has all the options aside from Distronic. If the owner is on here, I would be willing to pay a really good price, let me know if you want to sell. Thanks so much. I know this is a shot in the dark, but any help is appreciated. I also have carfax data if that would help with the search.

Where it was sold and to who might help someone help you locate it.
More details the better. I recently found a truck I use to own back in the late 90s by word of mouth and FB. Now I’ve just have to get the now 3rd owner to sell it back to me. Hahaha

I have some pictures, but I see you found a listing which is probably more helpful than any grainy photos I have. The car was bought at beshoff Mercedes and was sold to Stevens creek Subaru. I think it resides somewhere in Sonoma right now, from maintenance reports. I sent you a message 1crazyE55.

OP - you learned your lesson from car #1. I am on my third E55 - regretted selling each of the first two. Bought this one, wanted to sell it AGAIN, then reminded myself how much I regretted selling the first two - this is a legend already, in 10 years, it'll be one of the most highly sought after AMGs along the likes of the Black Series cars, mark my words. The V8Komp cars are the top limited of the best AMG produced cars. Especially the low mileage, mint ones ...
