SOLVED
The wires went to the component speakers. I found the other half of th harness tucked away. I found them and resoldered them. Everything works again.
The previous owner installed an aftermarket radio and I got rid of all of the amps he had and installes the factory head unit. The harness and plugs were completely intact. There was a harness in the rear that had been hacked in to which is pictured. I cut out all of the hackery but am trying to figure out where the wires went.
This is a 2008 E63 with HK sound. Also, does anyone know what sat above the Nav disk player?
