2007 E63 bank 1 lean at idle
Hey guys, need some advice please. Having some 07 E63 SMOG issues, I have 8 ready’s and one incomplete which happens to be oxygen sensor monitor. I don’t have a CEL, very very rarely will one pop up and go away on its own. When it does pop up it says bank 1 too lean at idle. I’ve tried changing a lot so far and still can’t find it, here’s what I’ve changed so far. Right side front and back O2 sensors, intake manifold w/gaskets. Fuel injectors w/rail assembly. Air intake boxes set with maf sensors and Y-pipe. The PCV valve brand new from dealer. Fuel sending unit (left side under rear seat) both fuel pump modules in the right quarter. All spark plugs brand new, moved coil packs around. Done 2 smoke tests, can’t find a leak. Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to have your car diagnosed using Star Diagnostics, to tell exactly what the solution is, then changing out random parts and spending a lot of cash in the process.

I would check to make sure that the charcoal filters are still in the airbox, it sits above the air filter. Also make sure the the lid is screwed on correctly with no gaps.

got a part number for these filters by any chance, all I can find on eBay is the lower regular filters

Here are the part numbers for Mann filters, I’m sure any autozone or car parts place will have them. If not; I can box them up but won’t be for a week.

I’m not missing them no, they’re in there, I tried looking up all those numbers even on MANN website but found nothing. If you don’t mind I’ll wait a week. My only question is, and it may be dumb, even though there are 2 air boxes, they meet at one tube that goes into the intake, so how would my car throw an idle in the right bank because of the filter if the air from both filters meet before going into the cylinder head. Unless the MAF sensor detects it but why not just throw a code saying right air flow bad.
