Passenger side hood latch stuck
Well I have my passenger side hood latch stuck. Drivers side when I pull on the hood latch release handle unlatched but passenger side not at all. Seems like too much slack in the cable. Is it possible to reach it from the bottom of the car? Thanks in advance for any advice or help.

Yes, attack it from below the car. See the attachment. It's for a W211; the title is incorrect.

Just got back, it’s fixed plus did my oil change. Too bad bought the oil a month ago went to change it they sent me the wrong oil filter and bolt 🙄. Glad my mechanic had them. Thank you for the help.
