Not sure of the proper name of the part, but seems I recall MB providing (offering?) a special block of some sort, that is used to support the front airmatic strut (when the airstrut fails/cant hold air) during a side of the road emergency. Meaning, driving along, dash warns that airmatic has failed, you get out of car and notice one side totally down. You jack up, insert special block somewhere up in the side of the failed airmatic, remove jack. Car stays up. gets you off side of road/to nearest shop in a pinch.
Anyone familiar with this part?
