Ice tank

So engine is back in and was looking at some options for ice tanks. I already have the under hood tank that holds 3 bags of ice and is perfect for 1/2 mile events. But this coming season I will be at a 1 and 1.5 mile event and was thinking a 3.5 gallon tank with a pump. So the front tank is a direct feed to the intercooler and the rear will feed the front tank. Or...use the traditional 5 gallon tank in the rear only but was concerned with the distance to the blower/cooler and the water warming up a little before it get's there.
Could be over thinking this.

I ran a 5 gallon rear tank and when running the 1 mile event , would still have plenty of ice left after a full run. If the water gets to cold at launch, it can bog some from freezing the IAT sensors.

Trunk space for the spare tire is a concern so thats why I was leaning towards the smaller rear tank but not sure if I will really need it.
Than again I never go to any event in hot temperatures. Normally 50-70 degrees on average in any event. The 1 to 1.5 mile is very close to Canada so September is cool weather for sure.

What did you see for BOOST and at what peak IAT numbers ?? Top SPEED's ??
Thank's
