W211 wagon
Key cannot lock and unlock

Hello friends... need help for my w211 wagon. Today key cannot lock and unlock. I have two keys. Both keys battery is working. But cannot lock and unlock the car. I am new in paris/france. I brought this car from russia. What to do?🤗

Have you tried using your Mechanical Key, shows as Item #3
