Fuel Rail Problem??

I posted this elsewhere but it seems it went unseen. I appreciate all your wise feedback is this small leak and dirtyness a result of a bad fuel rail, fuel injector, some type of gasket??

Looks like a leaking injector O-ring. Depending on the mileage/ age might be a good time to replace the injectors and do the intake gasket

By chance have you seen a DIY'er for replacing the o-rings? Thanks again!
