In the land down under, do you have cats? If you do, then the AFR readings are only accurate if measured pre-cat. Oxygen levels post cats are not indicative of the true fuel trim of the car

On dyno runs we measure AIT pre and post cooler, oil temp, water temp, left & right lambda pre cat, left & right lambda after cat, lambda at tailpipe, engine loadand a few others parameters.

ones too fast according to CHP!
Stephens,
Looks great. Nice to see that we are not the only ones looking to provide a good value to these owners.
One question, is the crank pulley dampened? Or is it just one piece billet?
Thanks
Brad

2004 E55 tectite grey/charcoal
If you look at the original equipment headers on the e55 they really don't look very good and new headers seem to help very much. Also as Stephens has shown the intercooler location is not ideal and greater cooling capacity for the intercooler makes a big difference.

Stephens, earlier you wrote that the headers are equal length, however the headers in your picture don't appear to be so. I'm lost man. Can you tell me what equal length supposed to look like?
And the pulleys you are selling; you mention that they run at a lower boost than that which your dyno shows on your car right? So what does someone get for 8k?

As clearly stated earlier, the 438kW - 590rwhp result is not representative of what a customer would see. What we are selling is a 120-140rwhp increase.
We do have a higher specification kit, but it requires replacement of the front section of the exhaust system along with the higher boost, as per the posted dyno run, but at this stage this system is not for sale.

The car has been running with a boost kit for almost a year now.
I will be re-installing the high boost kit on a new car next month, as it looks like this one has been sold.

Stephens,
I would be very careful with a billet piece. We have tested them for a long time, and have had every version or alu. (inc. 7075) fail over enough time due to the lack of enough grip on the keyway as designed by MBZ. Without some type of dampening on the piece, you may have problems that you don't know about yet. You should remove the pulley and inspect it to see.
Thanks
Brad
