E55 mods and maintenance
I have a 2005 e55 amg with 65,000kms I got at the end of last year. So far I have had a custom tune and 83mm supercharger pulley which took me from 245kw to 292 kw at the wheels, since then I have purchased PLM XL heat exchanger, Bosch 010 pump, UPD belt wrap kit and some de Filippo long tube headers, as this is sometimes my daily driver I want it to be as reliable as possible, is there any other mods or preventative maintenance that I should do at the same time or watch out for??? Any info or suggestions thanks in advance !

Motor mounts when you do the exhaust.
I replaced (preventively) intake temp sensor, MAP sensor and o2s to make sure the computer was getting good data for the engine..but that's me..

Do transmission fluid change (or full flush) replacing the gasket, pilot bush (very important) and filter. Engine oil of course. You will replace the coolant when you do the PLM, bleeding instructions are in the link in my signature. New belts and check pulleys, I already have a noisy stock OEM pulley at 48,000km. I replaced my IAT sensor but haven't done the MAP (it sucks to get to). Spark plugs (I have never noticed a difference even with twice that mileage on these engines) but leads are probably not necessary. Brake fluid if not done already (ideally every 2 years and a previous owner wouldn't have done it). Check your suspension bushes and fuel pump relay/fuse. Let us know how the headers look!

The one that stops transmission fluid wicking up the loom to the TCU.

I would do it in the next month. Reasonably easy, just take care as the conductor plate pins are delicate and don't overtighten the 7mm nut. Flush the loom with electronic parts cleaner.

Just the wiring loom going from the plug up into the car. Mine was dry, only the plug had transmission fluid on it so I gave it a spray out. The fluid can travel all the way up the wiring loom and into the TCU in the footwell if the pilot bush was leaking. New ones have different coloured o-rings so you can tell if it is original or has been replaced previously.

A lot of guys with good condition stock cars get 390-400whp which is about 292-300rwkw. Of course dyno's are all different so it can be very hard to compare. Your upgrade increase in power % seems about right though.
