Gutted Muffler stock exhaust system video

Just wanted to update in my exhaust. Stock car, stock exhaust just gutted all fiberglass and piping. I like it!

Sounds good. I assume you mean you pulled everything out of the muffler and cut all the pipes inside it out? How did you reseal the muffler, just welds or some other way? How's drone with the resonators and everything still in place?

Correct, cut the u bend and 2 pipes out so it’s straight through. Welded it back up. No drone. Lower rpms’s Just above idle it’s noticeably deeper but otherwise sounds the same inside the car.

Sounds good. I just heard my car from the outside for the first time and they are a bit disappointing in stock form

and why did you choose to go this route instead of straight pipe? I'm looking into options myself

This can be done with 0 parts whereas straight pipe muffler delete would require some y-pipe for the tips. Not really any more difficult, just wanted to do something for fun without any expense.

Keeping the mufflers there instead of straight pipe sounds night and day better than just throwing a straight pipe in.
Here is my car with headers, no cats, x pipe to gutted mufflers (only took out insulation) no internal cutting.
