Sunroof Wind Deflector Removal
The wind deflector on my sunroof no longer pops up when the sunroof is retracted. I was thinking of trying to repair or replace it myself. Does anyone happen to have the removal procedures from the factory manual to remove the deflector?

'99 and '05 E55 AMG
-Open sliding roof.
-Unclip and remove the sealing rail (weatherstrip) at the front side using a screwdriver.
-Slightly press down on the wind deflector until height stop (near the rear hinge point) is exposed.
-Press end of wind deflector towards center of car to disconnect. Be careful to not break the retaining hook that remains attached to the roof portion of the mount.
-Slightly lift wind deflector and repeat for the other side.
-When reinstalling, ensure the spring clip on each side is seated properly.
